Our Limoncello is an old authentic style, it’s characteristic with the sharpest, sweet drink that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. 
Limoncello - Italian pronunciation: Limon is an Italian word for Lemon Liqueur mainly produced in southern Italy, especially around the gulf of Naples the Sorrentine Peninsula and coast of Amalfi and the islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri. The history of limoncello is sketchy who first produce the first limoncello there are many versions to their stories, the most likely one known is, to be concocted by converts or monasteries. Both Campania Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and Capri also Liguria claim it as their own.
Our limoncello is produced and bottled here in Victoria Australia, we use local grown fruiters and ingredients to produce the finest smoothest limoncello as possible.
 
In creating our limoncello, we use 4 types of Lemons to create a smooth, zesty and sweet natural taste that makes it enjoyable to drink with friends and family.
 
In our Limoncello di Crema we use a variety of Organic lemons that is grown under the Australian amazing climate which has been producing A grade quality, Meyer Lemons 60% which has a wonderful fragrance and is slightly sweeter, Lisbon Lemons 15% which brings a wonder complexity balance to the sweetness taste which presents itself at the end of your drink we also blended in Eureka Lemons 15% which creates a slight tangy bite to balance the sweetness taste, 10% Fino Lemons balancing the smoothness to its character.
 
To produce a wonderful liqueur using only real lemon peels, including high quality ingredients, all our lemon peels are infused in glass Canisters. 
100% natural free of colorants preservatives and flavoring. Cooperating Vanilla Essence and the best quality milk from our locals.
